<li>我是6号入职新公司，邀请函也是6号，一开始查资料，担心会被问，因为不好解释，为何刚进新公司就去美国，为此我还准备了下，但事实证明，这个并不影响。网上关于建议工作一年以上稳定了再去申请美签的说法是站不住脚的。个人认为这个不是个问题，重要的是资料都要真实。</li> <li>因为个人赶时间，所以当时<code>约的是早上</code>，我是我们那个面签窗口的第二个人，面签官人不错，一个问题没问，收了下我的护照，直接说你过了。so,<code>面签还真不一定会问问题</code>，比如我，一个问题都没问。个人经验是建议早点去，毕竟面签官一天的工作才开始，可能心情好些，松些。</li> <li>周边有同事每次去面签都被政审,具体原因不好说，但他之前曾就职过华为，至于是不是这个原因，真不好说。</li> <li>如果英语不好，不要逞能，直接中文，面签官是会中文的</li> <li>所有的资料，所有的表现，要知道大的原则是，你不会留美，你只是去出差或者旅游而已。so,假如你非要表现的英语很好，或者你不自信，撒谎等等，换你，你会让他过吗。</li> </ol> <h2
